Next time you are planning a function, please consider the The WC facility for your event.  The WC facility has a large 2000 sq. ft. room complete with two large projection screens, sounds and all the essentials to make your meeting, party, event or gathering a great experience.  The meeting room will hold up to 160 attendees theatre seating and 110 with tables and chairs. 

 

Contracts are available for your viewing here on the website or make a rental reservation by calling Williamson County Association of Realtors® during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm) at 512.255.6211 or email wcaor@wcaor.org

Holidays

Renting of the facility is not available on the following holidays: MLK Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving day and through the weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day.
