New Location

"The Mission of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® is to meet the real estate challenges of the present and future; enhance and promote REALTOR® members’ professionalism; provide quality services; and encourage involvement in our communities."

Williamson County Association of REALTORS - New Building

WCAOR New Building

WCAOR is a premiere and complete real estate education provider that offers its members the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their business.

To continue the pursuit of these ideals and mission, a new building with increased parking, enlarged educational facilities, increased meeting room availability and an area for members to service their customers is vital to the future of WCAOR.

Since 1992 this present location has served its membership well, but for WCAOR to continue to maintain REALTOR visibility within Williamson County, a new facility is necessary. In 1992 WCAOR membership was 400 and over the past 15 years has grown to 1300 with its largest increases in the last three years. Williamson County is growing and has proven to be one of the most desired areas to live within the state of Texas. The future of Real Estate in Williamson County is bright and the needs of its membership are great. As one of our board directors has stated, “A new building helps promote an image of a successful and credible organization.”

All Dried In - September 25, 2008

New Construction in Round RockThe new building is looking very good!  If you have driven by the site in the last few days, you will have noticed the lime stone exterior is up and most of the parking lot is paved.  Take a walk inside and the rooms are really begining to come together.  The lobbies front desk has taken shape and the interior rooms are being formed.  This week they will be working on all of the electrical work and wiring.  We also had a chance to meet with Sears Commercial and picked out the appliances for the kitchen as well.  Thank you Sears Commercial for donating all of the appliances for our new kitchen!  Check out what Sears Commercial can do for you, here, on our buisiness partners page.
